Honolulu Liquor Commission to provide notary public for liquor license renewals
The Honolulu Liquor Commission is aware that some licensees may be having difficulties renewing their liquor licenses for the July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 year due to changes in the law now requiring notarization for renewal applications imposed by Act 76 (SLH 2022). The City will provide a complimentary notary public at the Liquor Commission office.
Licensees having trouble changing your current ownership information on the pre-printed renewal form or filling out your renewal application can contact the Liquor Commission at 808-768-7323 or emailing them at HLC@honolulu.gov.
Licensing support personnel will assist with the completion and submission of your renewal application, including complimentary access to a notary public. Please contact the Liquor Commission to make an appointment to address your problem.
