The Chief of Treasury is responsible for administering the overall activities of the City’s Treasury Division involving centralized cash management, investment and portfolio management, debt issuance, management and financing, and the City’s general government and enterprise fund accounts receivable and collection programs.

Chief Data Officer
The City and County of Honolulu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our administration as the City’s Chief Data Officer. As the Chief Data Officer, this individual will play a critical role in providing top-level staff and executive assistance to the Mayor and Managing Director, overseeing the City's data management, governance, collection, analysis, protection and dissemination efforts.
This position requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of data management practices, as well as the ability to coordinate projects and initiatives to achieve administrative goals and objectives, in alignment with the Mayor’s strategic priorities.
